Our experienced team of project managers works on data migrations around the world. We can carry out the work outside of office hours or even during weekends if required, to minimize disruption.
How does it all work?
There are two different paths to successful data migrations. It is up to you to decide which approach works best for your firm:
- The first approach is to let us do all the work with little involvement from your part. We’ll review your data and will tell you what we can migrate safely and quickly into FileFinder. This requires you only to check that the migration has been completed accurately. You can then go live after signing off the process.
- The second approach is to migrate only the data that you have specified, so you can leave behind any unnecessary data. This path will require hands-on participation from your end, as we’ll have to sit down with you to review exactly what data you need to migrate – before testing and reviewing and going live.
Our team of experts will ensure a smooth and stress-free process. You can focus on your normal search activities without worrying about disruption – whether you are a single user, or a larger firm with many offices and multiple databases.
What happens next?
Once you go live, our training team will step in to ensure you and your team can familiarize themselves with the new system and hit the ground running from day one. On top of dedicated training and 24/5 support, we offer an extensive library of training materials and videos in the Client Area of our website, as well as regular online training clinics focusing on specifics topics – which can also be accessed on demand.
