We first made the switch to FileFinder back in 2015. The transition was seamless and the support team have consistently been responsive and on-hand to answer any of our queries. As a business, we have gained considerable value from using FileFinder. The team are able to collaborate more effectively, especially across our offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. There is a huge amount of functionality to extract from FileFinder, all of which allows us to better leverage technology in order to streamline our business and manage our customer data. The search capabilities along with the reports functionality have proven to be very effective tools. The support team have worked closely with us to tailor the platform to our needs both as a business and as individual users. Speed and reliability have always been a strong point. The Client Success Team in particular has been fantastic to work with over the years; they knows the software inside out and always makes themselves available to help, however big or small the query is.
