Hours of operation for Technical Support are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM, covering the different time zones. If you are working out of hours and require assistance, please feel free to call one of the other support centres. Our Quick Reference Chart will help you find the nearest open office.


For every call, you will be provided with an issue number which you should retain for future reference. You may well also be asked for the version number of the FileFinder software you are using. This can be obtained by selecting “About” from the Help menu.
