Which should I choose?

Different Executive Search teams will have different technology requirements. For the vast majority of businesses, our Essentials option will be perfect. However, some businesses may have more complex requirements.
Here’s how to decide which option will be best for you!

FileFinder Anywhere Essentials

This is the ideal solution for most search businesses, and for most in-house search teams. A true Cloud platform, it is delivered entirely via a Browser, it is powerful, easy to use, fast and secure. Online training for your users is included in the cost and we offer a “quick start” implementation service.

As a Browser delivered app, the Essentials suite will work on virtually any modern Browser, be it on a PC, tablet, mobile device or a Mac.

FileFinder Anywhere Premium

This option offers everything included in the Essentials pack. It also includes our FileFinder for Desktop app which requires Microsoft Windows. Although much of the functionality in our FileFinder for Desktop product is also included in the Browser app, there is some more advanced functionality that is only available via the Desktop app. FileFinder for Desktop also includes our “Flex” Interim Management module and our “Introductions” module – neither of which are available in the Essentials suite.

The Premium suite also has additional implementation options – you can host the product on your own server, and you can – if you wish – opt to buy the licences, rather than rent them. It has additional training and configuration options and different pricing models.

What Hardware do I require?

As a Browser delivered app, the Essentials suite will work on virtually any modern Browser, be it on a PC or a Mac. Smaller screen devices can take advantage of our Mobile App. Clients using our Premium product will also receive a Windows App – this needs to be installed on a Windows machine and may be given to some or all of your users. Mac users may use this tool using Windows emulation.

What Outlook Integration will I receive?

Both products provide support for Microsoft Outlook on the Desktop, and via the Outlook Web App. To get the most out of the product, we recommend Microsoft Office 365 but it is not mandatory for either version.

What Internet Research functionality will I receive?

Both suites offer powerful Internet Research Functionality. The Premium suite includes the Research Zone, which is a highly configurable tool which allows for the searching of virtually any website, along with our unique “Web Profiles”. The Essentials tool includes as standard the ability to search for candidate and corporate information on some of the key business and social media sites and to download and parse information from a variety of sites.

What about Reporting?

Both tools include dozens of reports covering everything from internal usage metrics through to client shortlist reports. The Premium product also includes the ability to customize your own dashboards and reports. We offer a report writing service for both suites.

What support will I receive when I am live?

We believe we offer the best support in the industry. You will have access to all of our support desks around the World, for as long as you remain a client. You’ll get user help, and technical support if needed. You’ll be able to watch pre-recorded or join live webinars. You’ll enjoy discounts at events such as the World Executive Search Congress and be part of our close to 1,500 strong user group.

What will it all cost?

FileFinder Anywhere Essentials cost just US$109 / £84 / €99 / AU$120 per user, per month, based on a 12 month contract. The Premium suite has a wide variety of pricing options – speak to your sales representative to learn more.
