FILEFINDER is an extremely powerful tool for any Interim Management firm, providing functionality developed specifically for the short-term placement of executives within client organisations. 

FILEFINDER supports Interim Management firms in 4 specific ways: 

• Reducing administration: We have integrated powerful 'Résumé Extraction' technology which can transfer the  contents of a CV / Résumé into the database in a matter of moments.  The database may also be tied in to your website to allow candidates to provide new and updated information on an ongoing basis.

• Enhancing business development: FILEFINDER incorporates a powerful marketing module.  Driven by a "wizard", this tool may be used to organise anything from call lists, PR Campaigns, event scheduling, even Christmas card lists!  Tight integration with MS Word and MS Outlook means that FILEFINDER simplifies the sending of letters or emails, and all follow-up actions are automatically stored in both FILEFINDER and MS Outlook.  FILEFINDER can also synchronise tasks, appointments and contact information to MS Outlook - so consultants may take information with them 'on the road'.

• Speeding pre-placement candidate identification and management: A major strength of FILEFINDER is its powerful candidate searching and management functionality.  Users can search on the basis of either codes or specific words in a CV / Résumé - or a combination of both.  Lists may be produced, saved, merged and ranked. Once candidates are identified, speed is of the essence.  FILEFINDER allows users to automatically dial out (TAPI-compliant phone system required), to send emails or SMS messages directly. 

• Managing post placement procedures: The latest functionality within FILEFINDER primarily relates to the 'post placement' phase.  The system allows users to record information on the contract created - everything from rates to dates.  Once this is done, the system enables the management of incoming timesheets and allows invoices to be produced once the timesheet is signed off.  FILEFINDER produces its own invoices or may be configured to exchange data with your existing accounting system.

The system will also allow your business to impose 'business rules' for post-placement activities.  This will prompt your consultants to undertake calls and other follow-up actions to candidates and clients as the placement progresses.
