"FileFinder has improved PER’s efficiency immensely, with a large number of people dealing with the same candidates and clients everyday it enables us to see exactly what conversations have gone on previously – compared to the old fashioned paper copy files with hand written notes on.  I couldn’t live without it (or without something similar).  We never used to be able to store and track CVs so efficiently – we used to keep paper copies, which we no longer do.  It enables us to monitor assignment stages and have up to date information at our finger tips (so long as it is used properly)."
