search-consult is proud to announce that the 7th Research Practitioner Skills Day (#researchskillsday), an event which aims to provide Executive Recruiters with the practical skills and knowledge needed to identify and recruit top talent. The event will take place on the 9th of March in Central London.
At this unique training event, attendees will receive invaluable hands-on instructions and guidance from experienced Executive Search and Internet Research professionals. The day will comprise of the following three breakout sessions – Identifying and Sourcing The Very Best Candidates For Your Clients, Approaching Candidates and Getting the Most Out of the Internet and LinkedIn as well as a very popular Q+A discussion. Splitting attendees into small groups for breakout sessions will mean that the trainers can better address each individual’s needs and encourage participation.
The trainers lined up for the event are Carol O’Driscoll, Director at Archer Search and a former Research Director, Europe, for Russell Reynolds Associates; Francesca Lahiguera, Heidrick & Struggles alumni and active search professional specializing in technology and not-for-profit as well as a long-term search-consult trainer and internet research specialist Lois Grimshaw.
