DILLISTONE GROUP PLC: NEW CONTRACT

Dillistone Group Plc (“Dillistone”), the AIM listed supplier of recruitment software, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new contract worth in excess of £150,000 with a leading international executive search firm for the supply, implementation and support of Dillistone’s FILEFINDER suite of products. 

The contract will see implementation of Dillistone Systems’ FILEFINDER 9 software system throughout the firm with implementation expected in Q2 of 2010.  The contract incorporates FILEFINDER 9 software licences, various services and a three year support contract.

The implementation revenue, licence revenue and a proportion of the support revenue received from this contract will be recognised in Dillistone’s 2010 accounts and will contribute towards achieving market expectations for that year.
